We don’t stand for unprofessional behavior. If a client is offering you a job, but their behavior is suspicious or downright awful in some way, you can report them by
clicking the flag button on the project preview or the decline screen. Here are some reasons why you would want to flag a potential client:
• They tried to bargain with you
• They were offensive
• Their message was pure gold spam.
When a client’s been flagged, we will review the case, and either ban or educate them. We want to aggressively pursue action to curtail poor behavior from bad clients whenever we can, because it's good for the long-term health and respect of the marketplace. Our goal is a clean Zing where the best clients build relationships with the best translators.
