How many translators should you staff?
To assure the consistency of the final translation, it’s best to staff one translator per language pair, unless the volume and the deadline don’t allow it. In such cases you can staff multiple translators, but make sure there’s enough time to edit the final translation into one consistent whole – ask the translators you’re working with for advice on how to handle that.
